DWI Holdings, Inc. was founded in 2001 by home textile industry leaders who created a company that provides luxury products and is committed to quality and customer service. DWI’s product line includes sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, bedskirts, pillow shams and decorative pillows. Also available are accessory items as well as blankets, throws, towels, robes, turndown mats and bath rugs.

In October 2007, DWI became a subsidiary of Himatsingka Seide Limited which is headquartered in Bangalore, India. Himatsingka has a long tradition of manufacturing luxury home textile fabrics. DWI is now part of a strong vertical group with significant product development capabilities. Our sister company, Giuseppe Bellora, founded in Milan, Italy in 1883, is a major provider of Italian luxury linens. Himatsingka has recently completed a new manufacturing facility in India that produces sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and shams. It is one of the most modern weaving and solid shade finishing plant in the world. Himatsingka is also the largest weaver of silk and silk blend furnishings fabrics in the world.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, DWI Holdings has the exclusive licenses for the sourcing, marketing and distribution of luxury home textile brands- BARBARA BARRY DREAM; BELLORA HOSPITALITY; CALVIN KLEIN HOME; AND ROYAL SATEEN.  These brands are amongst the most prestigious and recognized home textile labels in the North American market with Calvin Klein being the second largest luxury bedding brand distributed through department stores in the United States.

In the hospitality division, DWI specializes in luxury products for 4 and 5 star properties such as Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Encore, The Cove and Residences at Atlantis and smaller properties such as The Bowery in New York, The Landings in St. Lucia and Doonbeg Golf Club in Doonbeg, Ireland.
